Advertising FAQ

Is a regular listing free?

Yes. Submitting a tool is free and needs no account. Free submissions are reviewed in batches, so there is no fixed timeline. A Sponsored spot skips the queue: your listing is published within about 3 hours of checkout.

My tool isn’t listed yet. Can I still buy a spot?

Yes. Enter your website above. If we don’t have it, you add the basics (name, category, platforms — about two minutes) and go straight on to checkout. Spots are for AI tools that help e-commerce sellers; if we remove a tool that isn’t a fit, we cancel the subscription and refund the current month.

Does paying change my ranking or review?

No. Sponsored spots sit in a separate, labeled slot above the ranked list. Your editorial rank, pros and cons, and verdict stay exactly as they are — rankings and reviews are not for sale.

Why does my receipt say Future Tree?

SellerTrove is operated by Future Tree, so that is the merchant name Stripe shows on receipts and card statements.

How do I cancel?

Use the Manage subscription button on your confirmation page (Stripe’s customer portal), or email contact@sellertrove.com. Your spot stays live until the end of the month you paid for.

Do you sell guest posts, reviews or backlinks?

No. Editorial coverage and links are not for sale. A Sponsored spot is the only paid option, and it is always labeled.
